Part 3. 30天优先动作
- 先补高 gap 车型的固定组合:Nomad 2X、Summit 2 优先,因为用户已经在买 2件/3件+,但还没有被充分 bundle 化。
- 把高流量车型做成默认推荐:Fold 1 Plus、Tempo、Discover 3 放在 PDP / Cart 的核心推荐位,减少用户自己拼配件的成本。
- Accessory-only 单独经营:针对 2件和3件+独立购买用户做复购组合,不要只把配件增长押在随车订单里。
- Breeze 保持 bundle 归因一致:ComfortMax Saddle + Left Mirror/Phone Mount + Water Bottle & Cage 已按 bundle 计入,后续看板继续沿用这个规则。
如何读这张看板
计算口径|Metric Definitions
只统计 Product Category = Accessories 的 SKU;剔除 free accessory;剔除 total sales <= 0 的订单行。
在对应时间窗口内,订单里包含整车商品的去重订单数。
含整车且同时包含至少 1 个付费配件的订单数 / 含整车订单数。
含整车且 is bundle = yes 的订单数 / 含整车订单数。Breeze 已确认组合:ComfortMax Saddle + Left Mirror/Phone Mount + Water Bottle & Cage 计入 bundle。
含整车、不是官方 bundle、且同单购买 3 件或更多付费配件并匹配 30% off 的订单数 / 含整车订单数。
官方 Bundle 选择率 + 自选组合(3件+,30% off)比例。这个指标用来代表“用户有明确组合购买行为”的整车订单占比。
所有付费配件订单行的 total net sales / revenue 汇总,包含随整车购买和单独购买两类场景。
订单中没有整车、但有至少 1 个付费配件的订单。Accessory-only share = Accessory-only 订单或收入 / 全量配件订单或收入。
买车同时买配件的比例 - 官方 Bundle 选择率。Gap 越高,说明用户有加购需求,但还没有充分走官方 bundle。
基于对应车型整车订单中,同时购买 2 件或 3 件+付费配件的高频组合,用于推荐可产品化的 bundle 或 PDP/Cart 推荐位。
